Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your payment within 30 days after receiving your item.  Returned items must be unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging in sellable condition. Proof of payment must accompany the return.  Please note we might be unable to refund initial shipping charges.

This policy only applies when purchased directly from shopzenathletics.com (TriMax Sports Inc.) Purchases made from our retail partners should be returned to the retail stores, please contact the store’s customer service for refund.


Product return and refund

To start a return, please contact us at hello@zenathletics.com  with the reason for your return, detail and proof of purchase and the product code on the package. Our customer service team will assist you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale product, gifts, custom orders with logos and products that have been mishandled, damaged or modified are not eligible for return. All products purchased on sale are FINAL sale.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exchange for items purchased online. We encourage you to place a new order and return the product/s. For return and refund, please see our return policy.

Damaged product

If you received the product that is not in its best form, please send us an email to hello@zenathletics.com with details of the purchase, images of the defective product and the product code. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the matter.

Product warranty

For products that get damaged in normal use, we offer a 3-month warranty. Any defect or damage due to product quality or design, we are happy to exchange the item.
